BEWARE!! The facility should not be licensed. Don't let the updated lobby fool you. The nurses are cold, unskilled and uncaring. Administration including Director of Nursing and Administrator are untrained in Healthcare, rude and lacking general courtesies and manners. Physical and Occupational staff are aids, not licensed therapists and looked bored, offering no encouragement to patients. Call bells are not answered EVER as staff is on internet or watching TV.
