We just had one of our cars towed, we where parked legally with the correct pass. Just an FYI, this place allows the local towing company to take advantage of you. Our car was handled without damage, but is a very big redflag. Even the signage posted said we where all good.
Good location, nice neighborhood, spacious space, nice gardens.
Don’t live there anymore, everything was fine but the guy above us in building 9730 kept slamming his door 3-4 times after anyone enters the building. Someone called the police but it still kept happening. Management knows about it and has done nothing.

The worst stuff ever , they are terrible and every time I go to the office nobody is there . No answer phone calls no answer emails . This guys are crazy next day they will have always new rules updated .old buildings and poor maintenance work . Not good place to live . 3101 building don’t expect to have your own privacy . You buy condo here you own ZERO.
