This apartment complex abuses elderly individuals, denying them access to elevators, keeping their apartments full of roaches, and lacking communication. How is this a senior building with several disabled individuals on high floors, with no access to an elevator. What is the plan if there is a fire or another emergency? This is a SLUM. Do not move here unless you want bugs and abuse!
They are very poor with fixing up the apartments and they have bedbugs as well as roaches. Then they only treat the apartment with the problem verses the whole building or floor. It has been killings and is drug infested.
They were miserable when I lived there wouldn't repair my air conditioning for 2 years or get rid of the roaches and 2 years later they decide to ding my credit for $225 thank you now leave me alone.
