We have been waiting patiently for over THREE years for the construction of our building. Yes, you read it right. It has been over three years since we gave this company the downpayment of about 90% of the cost of the building on March 1, 2016 and still today there’s no building in sight!! That is $14,000 that we gave this company upfront for a 30’x24’ steel building. Setting up garage building 30 x 50 x 12. So far everything is going as I've been informed it will. Meeting expectations up to this point. Waiting for concrete pad to be poured. I'll keep this updated on progress. Today is June 1, 2018.
Very disappointed with the customer service. Their people skills are sorely lacking. We had visited with several builders in the area before settling on Hawthorne. If we had it to do again, we would have selected a different builder. How a business treats clients is of great significance to us.
I worked here many years ago.... good quality buildings that went up fast. Good steady work throughout the east texas. Great company ran by Bob, Paul and Gene
