As soon as I spoke on the phone with the manager Beulah, I knew she was going to be nice and care about her tenants. She let us see the place multiple times with no hesitation and always answered our questions. Introduced us to the maintenance department and even got us in sooner since we had a time frame to move. Very professional!!
Elver is so tuff
I lived in one of the apartment complexes owned by Middlesex management and have had the worst experience with all of their team except for one person. The call center is rude and unhelpful. If you are moving into one of their apartments, beware they will take a large amount out of your security deposit for an invalid reason. To give more context from my personal experience, they took out a whopping $1430 from our Security deposit for two “ Pet stains.” THEY RIP OUT THE CARPET ANYWAYS!
