Lived there for a few years. I felt unsafe due to the erratic behavior of certain residents and the lack of financial transparency of how my HOA contributions were being spent. Multiple incidents of theft within the building were never addressed. Inconsistent enforcement of HOA bylaws and rules. It's a beautiful place to live, but until they are able to purge the organization of the people involved in decision making and invest in a financial audit, I cannot recommend anybody try to live here.
