The building is far from the 5-star luxury property it claims to be in its advertisements and on its website. If you’re considering renting here, be aware that basic amenities are consistently neglected. The coffee machine is out of service for weeks at a time, there’s almost never toner in the printer, and the shared spaces, including the office and gym, are often not properly cleaned or maintained. Do not rent here! There are other buildings that wouldn't gouge your money! They will try to steal your deposit in any imaginable way. They are rude and inconsiderate. Do not live here . Leave this place empty.
Worst place to live in… Management sucks can never get in touch with them, windows are so thin on the Hawthorn Ave side you can hear homeless, people walking by, talking yelling all night long, coffee machine never works, expect to lose almost all your security deposit because they over charge like crazy. Literally the worst management of any apartment building I've dealt with. The good reviews here are ads. This place is filled with airbnb parties, and inconsiderate neighbors. Security does what they can, but they are not the police (who regularly do not respond).
There's an incredibly loud bro convention going on on the roof and it's upsetting the neighbors. Inconsiderate for a residential street. There's a DJ and big loudspeakers. They're playing what sounds like robots having rough baby making, with occasional tornado warning sirens. One can only hope there's actually a tornado coming.
