I believe this was my first time using your service, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The technician came out, performed his inspection, and identified that the AC’s primary drain was not functioning properly, causing all the condensate water to flow through the secondary drain. However, instead of addressing or repairing the root cause of the issue, he only removed the water from the drain pan and left the system as-is. Chris is an excellent HVAC technician. He really knows his way around a furnace and AC unit. He was polite and patient with me explaining how they worked together and answering all my questions. He even loaned me a semi-portable AC unit which helped my dogs and I weather the 90 degree temps until he got my system up and running.
