He did a few plumbing repairs for us. One of them was a kitchen sink faucet repair. The faucet was not working properly after a few days. Very tight handle. I phoned him and told him. He refused to come back unless I paid for another call out charge, which I believe was $166. I don't know the cost because he refused to give me an itemized bill. I got one big number with no break down. He said if I paid the bill he might reduce the call out charge. I paid the bill in full and never heard from him again. I won't use him again ... read more

Brad was excellent and came to our rescue to replace our hot water tank. Brad visited us on the same day we called and arrived the next morning with a new tank and installed it. Brad was very professional and so very prompt. I would recommend Brad for your plumbing needs.

Amazing company! Brad is excellent! He assisted us with our shops in floor heating pipes that burst during the cold snap. He showed up super fast, did an incredible repair, was super professional, answered all our questions and was really friendly. Highly recommend Brad and Hawthorne Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of plumbing or heating repair or maintenance. 10/10!!!!

Answered call within an hour, was here within another hour, was very friendly and found the issue right away. I thought it was the dishwasher. He came in and realized it was the sink fixed it no problem. Will definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

First of all, hats off to Brad for being able to come to my rescue quickly. Peachland had a big water pressure surge and blew stuff all over the house. Brad came in and took care of business. Work was done efficiently and cost effectively. Only use someone else if you're really desperate. Can't say enough!
