I have had the privilege of living at Hawthorne Manor Apartments (HMA) for the last three years and to say my experience has been incredible would be a massive understatement. I lived at the Hawthorne Manor from 2019-2021. First off, the property is historic and makes for a perfect, 1-bd home for any young professional or student in the area. It is very walkable to the University of Arizona and the surrounding neighborhood of Sam Hughes is very quiet and friendly. The buildings on the property are immaculately kept by the landlord, Michael. After living here for a year and half we are truly saddened to leave. The cottages are adorable and extremely well maintained. Michael the landlord is a kind man who genuinely cares for his tenants. He’s receptive to all concerns and goes above and beyond to make sure all of your tenant needs are met. The Sam Hughes neighborhood is one in a million and nothing beats walks around looking at all the beautiful architecture and mature trees. Me and my wife lived here for almost 2 years and to say we loved it is an understatement!!! Hawthorne Manor Apartments are the most beautiful cottages that are extremely well maintained and cared for by the Landlord Michael. I have lived in many rented locations before and Michael is hands down the best landlord I have ever had. He genuinely cares about his tenants and will drop everything to make sure that any issue is resolved asap.
