This is the absolute WORST! Homeowners Co. EVER! They have made my life a "living HELL" The response to not one but two flood situations having to do with back up of a "shared condensation drain in the attic", has been deplorable! I could write a book on the whole situation, but I will just say this.... for $240 per month HOA dues.... they do "as little as possible to ensure the safety or happiness of tenants. I have been totally frustrated by the obstacles put forth to contact Hawthorne. I live in Wynfield in Huntersville and Have tried attempted several times to speak directly to someone about landscaping upkeep issues. I was told toleave a message, but the voicemail had a malfunction. I called again and was told to email them (I’ve done this 4 times and each time it’s returned as undeliverable).
