John is the BEST! Called in a crisis because a hose faucet froze and burst and our whole house lost water. John was super friendly and helpful over the phone, at one point directly asking, "What's the best way I can help you?" We decided to video-call and he was very helpful and patient while I ran all over the property showing him grainy video of pipes and valves.
