Never received a call back. I contacted Hawthorne Kitchens for a quote and was promised a call back within 24 hours. After waiting four business days, I called again and left another message. It has now been over a week, and I still have not received a call. Disappointing lack of follow-up and unprofessional communication.
We decided to go with Hawthorne for a fairly significant renovation. We found Chris’s manner and style both reassuring and easy to deal with. Chris was thorough, well organized and very professional throughout the entire process. One would expect problems and issues to arise during a major project but the process moved along seamlessly and timely (which was important to us).
