If I could leave zero I would. First of all I just went in just to get a battery for my watch. Charged me a big amount that I won't disclose just for a battery. I have multiple watches; some that need a battery and I never ever spent what he told me. He basically took advantage of me because he saw a nice watch and he also said that himself. Gary is very professional , timely and fair . Walked in for a watch battery years ago and have since had many items repaired and purchased a few trinkets as well . This is my go to local jeweler now .

I brought my daughter’s engagement ring in to get fixed because it was missing a stone (it was not purchased here) and when I got the ring back it looked brand new! I’ve also brought some old jewelry here in the past to sell and they were very honest and fairly priced. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Gary at Hawthorne Jewelry. He helped me out with a repair on my wedding ring and got my watch back in working order. Friendly service, quick turnaround, and solid work. I’ll definitely be going back.
