Rude, arrogant, and really didn't know what he was doing. Took him weeks to do the simplest things and when things got delayed he blamed everyone but himself. I almost didn't close because he crossed out a legal document that he ½ read & decided it wasn't necessary. Thankfully my lawyer had another copy. I can't believe he's still practicing (and in his case that's literal).
Incredibly rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. I called to inquire on a home where he represented the homeowner and he hung up on my face.
Extremely rude as said in the yelp review. Called concerning a property I was interested in and the man bit my head off when I asked who I was speaking to. He had called back from a number other than the one listed so I had no way of knowing. Marlin then changed his tune, asked what I wanted to know about the property. I explained but before I could finish he said it was under agreement and hung up the phone.
