It was a challenge moving into my apartment at Hawthorne House as there were quite handful of maintenance requests (before and after move in) that either took a little too long to complete or were completed after several trials; but through it all, Misty was consistent with communicating and was very helpful throughout the whole process, especially with the amount of workload she was dealing with. Misty at the front desk has been amazing! My partner and I are desperately needing a place to live and Misty has been very supportive and has great communication with us throughout our application process. Even though I call her probably 100 times a day, Misty remains very kind and always answers my questions!
