I have a home warranty and they came out promptly….that is the only part of my experience that was good. They replaced the thermostat and the system cooled until midday when the outside unit stopped turning on. When I initiated a callback the service provider was rude and told me it was normal for my unit to cool 10 degrees warmer than my temperature setting. I called Mr.Joe the day of and he was out in less than a few hours. Great communication, fast response time, and fair pricing. Will definitely use him again for HVAC!

I DO NOT recommend Hawthorne Heat & Air LLC for ANY service request. My experience was nothing but unpleasant from the beginning. I bought a home with a home warranty included. When I made a request for electrical work, they sent Hawthorne. The first visit to my home they did not designate a time to be there so I was not home. I still had to pay $75 for him to assess the issue when he did not even come inside my home. They began blaming me for not being home even though they did not tell me what time they would be there.
