Routinely wait an hr plus for a fuel order, and they seem annoyed when you call. Not good service. 👎🏻

CSRs, Mathew and Shay are amazing. As well as the whole line crew. Excellent service. Brough my airplane in, to drop passengers off. Exceptional staff. When I brought the airplane in, I had to drop passengers off, and then relocate to Atlantic. Hawthorne was more than willing to help me out with any transportation needs that I needed, even though I was not purchasing fuel from them.
