Hawthorne Davis is doing a knock down/new construction project next to my 94 year old Grandfather's house in Cape May Point. Somewhere in the process it was discovered that an old shed of my Grandfather's was encroaching on the above mentioned property line and he would need to have it removed or face fines from the municipality.
