Our company purchased a new machine after the transaction went through took over 2 weeks to get delivery and was missing the Impact Hammer. We were told we would get a call as soon as it came in, Over 2 months later now I call them to find out they have it or so they say but have to attach hoses and need to contact service department. Love the equipment, extremely poor service absolutely no follow-up.
