Micheal and the entire team at Hawthorne auto were nothing short of class act professionals. Picked up a new (to me) truck from them and Micheal and his team were transparent, responsive, and honest professionals. I recommend skipping the traditional dealers and supporting this smaller dealer as they don’t have any dealer fees/markups and are truly honest people that you don’t find in this day and age anymore. Hawthorne auto group puts their customers first no doubt about it.
Bought a Jeep from Hawthorne; I’ve been through several used cars as long as I’ve been driving, and buying from Hawthorne has been by far the most enjoyable car-buying experience I’ve ever had. The Jeep had zero issues, was in near-perfect condition for the year, and was the most reasonably priced vehicle I could have found in today’s market. Mrs Barbara took care of us while we were buying a white Ford truck. She was amazing our Fluffy Dog absolutely loved her & the treats!!!!!
