I have lived at Hawthorne at the Pointe for 2 years now and love it. Kassidy and Olivia are always so attentive and amazing. The community is well-maintained, the office staff is friendly and responsive, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. It truly feels like home here, and I would definitely recommend Hawthorne at the Pointe to anyone looking for a great place to live.
Moving in was a bit of a challenge because of my last apartment complex’s leasing office, but Kassidy and Olivia were such a huge help and supportive throughout the whole process! I’m so grateful for everything they did!
Staying at the Hawthorne was extremely easy and convenient. They have equipped the apartment for your comfort and it makes things so helpful.
Having dealt with Hawthorne at the point several times, I have to say the experience is always wonderful. The grounds and facilities are absolutely gorgeous and the people always have a smile on their face and a helping hand ready!
I love my home here, this place is in the best part of Wilmington and it’s so close to everything! Olivia and Kassidy are great and easy to work with, the maintenance guys are always quick to get my work orders completed!
