Upon moving in, this place seemed like the ideal “luxury living.” We found it online while relocating from Florida, and the process started smoothly. The apartment looked modern and spacious at first glance. However, issues appeared immediately. I love my neighbors and the maintenance staff but the smoking is out of control. Despite my neighbors and me reporting it to the office, the same apartments/people continue to smoke (every single day) on balconies and near apartment windows. Edit in response to management's reply: Our lease and recent management emails clearly state smoking is only allowed in designated pavilions, with no mention of 75 feet. Clear, uniform communication of the policy would prevent these misunderstandings.
If I could give this review a 0, I would. The level of incompetence displayed by the property management is astounding.
