I am disappointed and enraged with the quality of the unit # 1835, when I moved in it was flea infested and the washer did not work. Their pest control guy told me that it was eggs from the previous tenant. Note they signed a contract that the unit would be ready to move in just as I did to stay for the full duration of my lease. I say all of this to try to convey the irritation I endured on a daily basis, to briefly word that statement as professionally as possible.
