My father has been here since October of 2024. I dont recommend this place. It's a hit or miss on if the front desk will answer or if you'll ever get a call back because I've left many messages, and nothing has happened, and no one has called back. I have to usually keep calling until someone answers or hope that by the time I get there after work that someone is there. It seems like they only have one social worker for the entire place, which causes problems, and its not entirely their fault, but things aren't getting done ... read more
The staff are always available and ready to help. I can’t imagine my mother being anywhere else. Choosing Hawthorne assisted living was the very best decision. I highly recommend
It is not a good place to to put your love ones they don’t care about your family life all they want is a pay check and talk at the nurses station they are not given my mother the care she needs her blood pressure is 220 and the doctor ordered a shot to bring it down and no one gave it to her went there found her with the same diaper that they put on her when she went to bed she had it on all day. Someone needs to investigate that place before I sue them.

Sadly my Mom is there for now in the Independent living section. The sales team is great but once you are in nothing ever gets fixed. All residents complain about the food but nothing ever changes. But 5 months ago my Mom's AC failed and is still not fixed. I have complained as high up their management ladder I can find. And have heard 2 weeks to repair for 4 months. Their solution is a floor unit in my Mom's small family room which sits in the middle of the floor. Worse, there's no room for a unit in her bedroom. Anyway, pl... read more
