My family and I were given a dirty room. Shampoo open in shower, dirty line in room by entery door, beds not made and it stunk. Given another room and it was dirty, chairs were broke, beds were broke. Poop on bathroom wall, fluids in various running down walls. Dust hanging off everything.I cleaned to 2 hours. I am a housekeeping supervisor and this was awful and completely unexceptable. My housekeepers would be fired.
Worst hotel ever. I booked this hotel and their website states - Complementary airport shuttle - free. I check in and the guy at the desk says “Sorry you must schedule that service 24 hrs in advance. Hawthorn policy”. I called Wyndham hotels customer service and they said that is not true. However this hotel would not provide any shuttle service nor could I get a refund and was stuck needing a 4:30 am shuttle to the airport the next morning. Mr. *******was given the correct information. Our shuttle policy has been the same for the last 6 years. We will pick up or drop off any guest to and from John Glenn International between the hours of 6am and 11pm, with a 24 hours notice. As to the light and water pressure issue reported, they have yet to be verified. Hotel Maintenance will confirm and address any maintenance issues once confirmed. TX
