I recently had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr Hanlie, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. It was my first time in an operating room, and as someone who suffers from extreme anxiety, I was very nervous. I was 'sold' the private hospital experience by the oral surgeon, only to find out that I cannot afford it with my private health insurance. Looks like I'll have to wait 12 months in the public hospital system. Such a shitty health system... I'm giving three stars as I've had to call/chase up with the reception staff multiple times about what's going on instead of being updated through the process. I do very much feel that I've been left in the dark, as to where things are at with my referral to the public hospital. I know t... read more

I've spent thousands of dollars here, and don't feel it was worthwhile. I was also extremely disappointed with how I was treated the last time I was here. I received a call from them to confirm if I was attending my appointment or not, I confirmed that I was definitely able to attend. When I arrived at the clinic I was told my appointment had been moved to December, this was never communicated to me at all, not through a phone call, email, or text message. I got my wisdom teeth out removed today, and it was such an easy procedure with the best Doctor! 👩‍⚕️Dr Hanlie is gentle and caring throughout the whole process, and i felt safe and very comfortable under her comfort , and her bubbly and warm personality always makes it a blast to be around her 🥰😊😘
