Quinton helped get my place rented within a month of signing up with him. He was very communicative, he vetted the tenants very well, I was able to meet them and very happy with the fees and service. I plan on keeping my rental with him and any future ones I get.
Very nice guy. Now when it comes to taking care of a rental he is the worst. 2 months without a furnace, we had to rig it to work. Jan-Feb time frame. Never would deal with 3 different tenants with barking dogs over 3 years. He said it was not his problem. Wanted new carpet, nope. Then we move out and he charged us for carpet cleaning. Not in the lease. He can only charge for more than normal wear and tear. 10 days after we moved out he charged me for a thermostat replacement. $245 plus $79 service call.
