Misled! Aftermarket PARTS! I would avoid Hawthorn, a "NICOR Services Company" altogether. I had a Trane air conditioning unit installed by them and when it went bad years later I was informed that I needed a new unit because of a bad coil. Turns out I only got a Trane Compressor and they installed an AFTERMARKET coil which went bad. When I informed Hawthorn ( a NICOR SERVICES COMPANY) that I didn't get what I paid for, I expected to get a TRANE compressor and coil since TRANE voids their warranties if aftermarket parts are u... read more
TOP CLASS I totally believe in the honesty and reliability of this group. They come out within a reasonable amount of time, usually, and respond very quickly in an urgent situation. The staff is consistently courteous and helpful. They arrive on time, and do not make a mess!
