I would give zero stars if that was possible. I was charged $12 in incidentals for two face towels that were claimed to have been damaged from makeup stains. The person I spoke to after realizing that these charges were incurred stated "we do not use bleach on towels because it turns them yellow." Therefore customers are using these towels to clean their behinds and genitals and simply being washed afterwards with no bleach for the next customer to use on their face & body.
