Our ceiling was leaking into the electrical part of the microwave unbeknownst us & the microwave exploded. Our room was filled with smoke. Night front desk receptionist was beyond rude & to make matters worse, the elevator broke. Leaving us on the 4th floor having to walk each flight every time while I’m on a broken ankle. We weren’t accommodated for absolutely nothing aside from a late check out.
We had to stay in a hotel for 2 months while our house was being remodeled. We stopped by to talk with the staff about staying there because I use a wheelchair. We wanted to make sure everything would meet our needs while there for so long. We talked with the manager, Monique. The friendliness of her and other staff members made our decision easy. Este hotel es excelente , está adaptado pensando en todo lo necesario para que se disfrute tu estancia , cuenta con cocina que es excelente para cuando quieras cocinar algo y está ubicado cerca de tiendas ,la ubicación es perfecta 🤩, me encantó ! Y claro que volvería ☺️
