Remir was so helpful and professional. He made our fast,easy & convenient. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here. I will definitely come back because he made us feel so welcomed.

Service was good, the bed was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. They did offer to move me and I did appreciate the service but the room itself was not worth the money.
Rooms are nice and clean. However, the service has been the downfall of my stay. I tried for 3 days previous to my travel date to reach someone at the front desk with no success. I call corporate and they called and sent an email, with no response. Unfortunately, this hotel is virtually unreachable by phone. I spoke to the manager on duty and she did not seem to be bothered that a customer was unable to reach the front desk to discuss important information about the travel.
