At the beginning of my 8 month stay here I left a very positive review. I did so very prematurely! The longer I stayed in this hotel while on a contract for work, the worse it got!! Number one,… if you complain on their room service staff the staff would definitely make sure they made you regret it! This place is amazing quiet and clean and breakfast that hit the spot make yourself waffle coffee and plenty of food and my old dog made the trip and only a minimal fee I really enjoyed my birthday at this hotel
Have stayed here twice, great hotel. Breakfast is good normal hotel food. The rooms are large and have a big fridge/freezer as well as a kitchenette which is very nice. They could use more hooks for towels in the bathroom for sure. One of the elevators was not working right during our stay but they have two so it was okay. The biggest downside was the very large family reunion that congregated in the lobby. They had no control over their many many kids and were running around and screaming. Stayed in the Holiday Suite it was perfect for my family travel during the holidays. Staff is friendly, facilitates are clean and the location is great. Let me rave about the holiday suite. The cookies are warm and soft! There was milk in the fridge for Santa and the tree was perfect size decorated simple and beautiful. Again they provided a crib for my infant and the experience was great. The place is pet friendly however it didn’t smell like dogs which I was concerned about.
