I had to travel to Houston, Texas with my son from Florida because my sister passed away. We stayed at this hotel, and from the moment we walked in, I felt a unique and special vibe in every corner. The entire staff was incredibly attentive, kind, helpful, and courteous. I didn't expect to find such a large, comfortable room with a kitchen, a huge refrigerator, and impeccable cleanliness. had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the parking area was convenient and well-lit. The front desk staff were friendly, attentive, and very accommodating—especially when assisting me with a room change. Breakfast was good, though I would appreciate more non-pork meat options. I also enjoyed the full bar during happy hour. I would gladly stay here again.

I visited Houston for a family funeral trip alongside my mother. It was our first time staying at this hotel. From the lobby, the check-in process, the elevators, and the hallways, to the room, the kitchen (since every room includes a very well-equipped kitchen!), the bathroom, the gym, and the pool—everything was incredible.
