Staff is great and awesome but this place is ghetto,it's humid in the hall ways,there's some sort of stench ,tagging in the elevator,sun flower seeds on the floor,the beds are hard,the toilet seat is sprayed over in paint,I mean just put a new one ,this place you get what you pay for thats the bottom line there's alot better hotels around ,I mean it's next to a gas station,that's convenient but aside from that yeahhhhhh.you get the point
Housekeeping is horrible,. Didn't clean our room and front desk is rude . Gave us a hard time . Our whole stay. they kicked us out for dog complain of barking . Dog was not barking. It was another guess but kicked us out . And we are a homeless family who got help from United Way .. hawthorn refused to give us the money that was paid for the week . Or the reference number so we can get help with corporate . So our experience with Hawthorne in Hobbs Nm . Is not a place I would even recommend to ppl I didn't like smh .. now we... read more
