This hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. Whenever I'm staying at a hotel I always go over the room with a black light, it's a habit. When I stayed at the hawthorn the black light did not detect any stains the room was spotless. I would compare this hotels hospitality and cleanliness to any 5star hotel
Hotel living long-term is never easy but the staff of this hotel make it tolerable. They are all very friendly and accommodating. They take extra steps to maintain the property and keep guests happy. Everyday they are cleaning areas that most hotels ignore. The studio style rooms (hawthorn) are beautifully decorated and well appointed. Its a full kitchen, small comfortable sofa and bed. The pool is beautiful and the grilling area is always ready to fire up. Thanks Ms Rosa and Wyndham Team for making this home away from home!
