Friendly and helpful reception staff and wonderful, thorough and compassionate care from Dr Sarah Di Pietro.
Staff and doctors are efficient, polite and offer good advise. I have been using this practise for several years and have never had cause to complain.
Excellent experience each time I visited the clinic. Dr. Li Wan is always very attentive to my medical concerns and provides superb advise as well as references catered to my personal needs.
I engaged this practice for a round of HCG. Firstly, I needed to explain how the diet worked to their Doctor (who left my consultation half way through to squeeze in another treatment, leaving me waiting in the consult that I had paid for!) then I received a faulty product that they have refused to replace. I have offered a number of solutions to them to rectify - at no cost to them - and I have been ignored. This is after paying $1.2K in full. I’m left with basically nothing.
