I've been going to this clinic for follow-up appointments for about 10 months now, and the procedure I had was orthodontic treatment. My doctor is David, and he's a very meticulous and professional doctor. He's very patient in explaining things to you, including dental cleaning and other related knowledge. Hawthorn East Dental is amazing – especially Dr David Cao. He’s honestly the best of the best. He actually listens, understands what you want, explains everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable the whole time. I fully trust him with my teeth and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The entire team is professional, kind, and truly dedicated to their patients’ comfort and well-being. I have been here for about 3-4 years, done my wisdom teeth extractions, regular checkups and clean, filling. I had no problem ever in this past few years, all positive experience. The clean is spotless, the staff are all friendly and patient. And trust me, if you ever have had bad experience, you will know to cherish the place that consistently provides you the good service and experience.
Dr Ryuun is an extremely caring and patient dentist. He was so gentle, kind, and reassuring I didn’t feel a thing during my treatment. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Great staff and experience. Very impressed with how friendly and professional everyone is at the office.
