Having acupuncture and deep tissue massages with Scarlett has not only eased my bad shoulder and the subsequent pains in my arm, it has also helped me relax more easily. Scarlett is an intuitive and sensitive therapist who really treats the whole person. She's now working with a close friend after I recommended her.
Scarlett provided a mobile sports massage tailored to treat my most painful muscles and joints and was great. She explained what she was doing and why, and regularly checked in to ensure the pressure she was using was comfortable. The whole experience was very relaxing and I felt much better afterwards.
Scarlett is absolutely lovely and she makes you feel very relaxed. I have had peristent issues with carpel tunnel over the years, which has been very debilitating but after several sessions with Scarlett I am free of pain. Thank you Scarlett.
