I called yesterday to book an appointment with this showroom and someone instantly picked up after dialing 0 on the IVR. Booking was very easy with plenty of availability. I went to the showroom today. The front door is locked but they let me in as soon as they saw me. I was interested in the Fern office chair and Niels showed me the different variations of the chair along with all the features. Service was exceptional. Best customer service - everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful and pleasant. I do want to note that it took a number of calls to get through to set up an appointment because it's not a typical retail place and they are not always available to take calls. But it's worth trying - once you get through, they are eager to help.
Set a time to try out their office chairs and the receptionist was very nice and accommodating (wish I remembered her name). Let me try every combination of the Fern I was curious about. Made it an easy decision to pull the trigger on one of their chairs. Been sitting on it for a week now and very happy.
Left a very detailed review on their site of my 1-star experience, and it was promptly deleted by the company. AVOID.
I visited the showroom to try out some of the Haworth task chairs and it was a great experience. I called to make the appointment and went in the following day. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and I was able to try out the Fern with and without the lumbar support, the Zody, and the Soji. I highly recommend this showroom!
