Set a time to try out their office chairs and the receptionist was very nice and accommodating (wish I remembered her name). Let me try every combination of the Fern I was curious about. Made it an easy decision to pull the trigger on one of their chairs. Been sitting on it for a week now and very happy.

Left a very detailed review on their site of my 1-star experience, and it was promptly deleted by the company. AVOID.

I visited the showroom to try out some of the Haworth task chairs and it was a great experience. I called to make the appointment and went in the following day. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and I was able to try out the Fern with and without the lumbar support, the Zody, and the Soji. I highly recommend this showroom!

Called their location numerous times to set up an appointment, but it always instantly goes to "The number you have called is unavailable." Not even voice mail. I went in person to see if walk in was possible. Nope, locked. I called the number again to see if it would work. Nope. I'm literally standing here as I type this review looking at the receptionist and seeing that she is available. There are no customers inside, but their lights are on. I guess they don't want our business.

I was able to get a hold of someone for a showroom viewing. She said I should be getting a callback in the afternoon to confirm my appointment. Like most others, I never got a call back. I guess i'll try steelcase right across the street....
