I have read the reviews and My experience has been good! When I first moved in I quickly realized I unfortunately live next to aajor Karen It didn't go for as I shut her down fast and permanently No your not allowed to have a window A/C, people fail to realize they cause thousands of dollars in damage from water dripping These are very low income apartments , Absolutely no reason at all that someone can't save! About the ACs everybody got eviction notices from Hayworth Terrace apartments all they had to do was remove the ones that aren't supposed to be in there but this little girl threw a hissy fit and yes I know cuz I live there
Shameful. Help these tenants get floor A/C units so they can avoid eviction. A gofundme, local fundraiser, donation or something! Come on community of yamhill! Especially with how many long term and elderly tenants you have on a fixed income.
Manager is not very nice or helpful apts are not that great but hey your poor like me .
