So grateful for the good people at Hawn Bedding. Their personal, professional and kind service was greatly appreciated. From the friendly and helpful salesmen in the main office, to the courteous and personable young men who delivered the mattress to my home, it was first class all the way. So great to be reminded that good old fashioned customer service is still alive and well.
I bought my first latex mattress in Independence, Mo. 1977 I don't remember the name of the company but I know they made them in the same building and it was also pure latex like at Hawn. So maybe it was just different owners or a move but it's the same great mattress I had for over 43 years that had seen it's better days by then. I appreciate that is a local family owned business, so we do our best to support those types of businesses. Sadly to say, the mattress we spent 1k on, did not hold up and meet our expectations. We’ve had many restless nights the past year and a half on this uncomfortable mattress. We need to find a new one but we can’t keep spending 1k every two years for a mattress. We tried.

Tim, We are sorry that the mattress may not have lived up to your expectations. If you would like to call us there is a 10-year warranty on the mattress and we are more than happy to address any issues with the mattress. Hawn offers a 60-day firmness guarantee that would have allowed you to exchange the mattress out for one of a different firmness, unfortunately seeing that you bought this in September of 2018 that has expired. RecommendedIt was a wonderful experience. Mr. Pinder even gave my 95 y/o father-in-law-law a quick tour of the factory. You can’t get that with any other sleep center. Mr. Pinder was very patient. My father-in-law really liked the bed we ordered. And delivery was free and faster than anyone else. What is not to like?
Great experience they had a perfect bed for the kiddo at a very reasonable price! Will replace my own bed with them soon. Also love that the old beds they take in some of the materials get recycled instead of put in a landfill.
They made my mattresses in-house yesterday. They even date the mattresses so you know it hasn't been sitting in a warehouse collecting dust. It's not used and resold. It is truly new to you. Thank you Hawn Bedding for your customer service and the excellent product you offer. I will be recommending you to everyone.
I have bought about 5 beds from them and they can build you any size bed! The people are great as well as the service and products.
