I lived in the Hawley Green apartments for 1 year. I do not recommend. I had mice and ants in my apartment and in the hall outside my apartment. There were only two washing machines and one washing machine was broken and never replaced while the other had the coin slot constantly jammed. The parking was over priced. The landlord did little about the situation of my across the hall neighbor screaming gibberish at me and other tenants and very obviously smoking something. Do you love the smell of drugs? Do you love people screaming all day all night? Do you love snowy uncleared sidewalks? Do you love zero working washers and dryers? This is the place for you! It is an awful place. Peeling paint, uneven floors, extremely inconsistent heating system and more! And definitely do not believe anything the super tells you. You're welcome.
Looks like the new owners fixed the place up. Previous owner was a slumlord.
This is a really solid, affordable, and clean apartment in Syracuse. The new ownership is doing a fantastic job with the building.
Great apartment building. New owners have made really nice improvements. With new secure doors, lighting and security camera's it feels very comfortable and safe! The laundry room is very convenient. My apartment was recently renovated and I like it here a lot.
