Parking lot sucks
THE BEST CAR PARK. I had issues with my vehicle needing a jump and it was stuck in the garage. The lovely staff assisted with pushing/starting/jumping the vehicle. Couldn’t be happier with the service and staff! Great great great people!
This place is an absolute scam not only are they ripping off college students, but they are completely ripping off the whole town of Binghamton. They have monopolized the parking in this town and it is utterly frustrating.
The staff is truly amazing - always friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They go out of their way to ensure everything is taken care of and are always looking out for your needs. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service and positive attitude!
