Sketchy and untrustworthy. Told me my car was on its last leg and had a rod knocking in the engine. Offered to take it off my hands for demo derby car and gave me less than scrap price for it, then listed it for sale for $1000 as a good running little car.
Fit me in quickly, and fixed the problem, which I appreciated. But my radio screen went out in the process. They tried to say I brought it in that way, and didn't want to look at it but they looked anyway and ultimately shrugged it off and said sometimes that happens with these cars. So now Im stuck with a broken screen that worked when I dropped it off.
Every time mom wants the car looked at, we take it to Paul Richard so she really appreciates the deal and service when I actually get the work done at Hawk & Sons. Lovely people, fantastic service. Saved me thousands.
Great service currently doing a bearing in my drive shaft give me a great price on it and didn't try to charge me for stuff I didn't need hard to find honesty these days
