Awesome experience zip-lining! The team that guided us through the tour was really cool and made it very fun (and safe) for us. Definitely recommend!

Our group of 10 people arrived 30 minutes early, exactly as their policy requires. Shortly after we checked in, a thunderstorm rolled through and operations were paused. That’s understandable — safety comes first. What’s not understandable is what happened next. After waiting another 30 minutes, staff told us they had no idea when the tubing would reopen.
