The office manager Carrie is the rudest unprofessional person in the world. My 21 year old daughter went to them for services and they did not bill her they billed us. They should have changed the guarantor on the bill because she is an adult and just because she is on our insurance does not make us liable. After receiving a phone call from Carrie wanting to know when they were going to get paid I told her to bill it to the right person and she would get paid. I usually do not write reviews, but I had the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist with my daughter. I brought my 3 year old in for a simple fluoride treatment (she sees a pediatric dentist that is an hour and a half away). The dental hygienist saw our intake form, knowing my daughter was afraid of the masks and put one on anyway.
