I have been attending this practice for many years and have recently seen the new practising Dentist, Daniel. I always find the staff here really friendly and calming. Daniel has attended an ongoing dental issue for me and completed the work at a very very reasonable rate. Thank you
Would definitely return! Came for my first ever filling and I was a little nervous, my nerves easily got settled once I walked in and was greeted by the practice manager Shannon who delivered exceptional customer service with a smile! The procedure was quick and smooth and I would definitely recommend.
My lovely dentist of 24 yrs Jon Pohl has left the practice. Decided to give the person taking over an opportunity, but due to poor customer service and a ‘call’ that I didn’t access until after the appt time, I’ve decided that this practice will no longer service my family’s dental needs. Good luck to anyone who decides to go here. It’s a hard no from me.
