Trevor's energy, positivity, rapport building, understanding as well as knowledge as a trainer and motivator is off the charts and to the moon level good. Over the last few years I had aspired to be a physique level bodybuilder, but in between a job I had out of town and then when Covid first started happening, I completely let myself go and actually wound up at about 35% to 40% bodyfat as a result.
