Gave me on price over the phone, did the work, charged me another price, then noticed they charged me another price on my card. Will never use these ppl again. Makes me question if they even did the work properly
Polite and got the job done on a hot day.
One of their driver’s illegally passed me and was driving recklessly. When I called to report the dangerous behavior the receptionist was very rude about it. I would’ve thought they would care more about safety, but I was blown off.
Came by and pumped the septic tank, on a steep wet hillside during the winter very cold outside that day, the woman that answered the phone and the man that came out to do the repair are very courteous, I needed to have a repair done the man made a suggestion on what I should do to make the repair I did the repair myself and save about $1,000 by doing it myself, and it all worked out wonderfully, they have fair prices I would suggest using Hawks septic service they're good people I'll call them for all my septic services fro... read more
