Technician Ryan Wallace serviced my Mother’s septic tank on the Friday before Labor Day. In what I’m sure was a busy week, Ryan took ownership by calling several times to ensure us he would be there. At 11:00pm and during a light rain, he got the job done. Ryan went above and beyond with his dedication, professionalism, and friendliness. Hawk’s septic has a great employee in him.
Ryan and his helper were kind enough to fit our house in for a service on an EXTREMELY busy week! They showed up, did the session and cleaned up within an hours and a halfs' time. VERY professional. Office staff were very helpful in coordinating and scheduling as well. 5 star. THANK YOU HAWKS
